Overview
wwwform (“we”, “us”) provides a service for building forms and collecting their submissions. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
- Form & submission data — the forms you create and the responses your visitors submit through them.
- Usage data — basic, privacy- respecting analytics such as submission counts, used to enforce plan limits and keep the service reliable.
How we use it
We use your data to operate the service: to deliver submissions to your dashboard and inbox, to provide support, to bill paid plans, and to protect against spam and abuse. We do not sell your data or your visitors’ submissions.
Submissions belong to you
The responses collected through your forms are your data. You can view, export, and delete them at any time from your dashboard. When you delete a form or your account, the associated submissions are removed.
Data retention & security
We retain data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted to what is necessary to run the service.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at privacy@wwwform.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
