Acceptance
By creating an account or using wwwform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
wwwform lets you build forms and collect their submissions via an embed or shareable link. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect you.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the forms and content you publish. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Don’t use wwwform to collect data unlawfully, to send spam, to phish, to host malicious content, or to violate others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put it at risk.
Plans & billing
Free plans are subject to the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Your content
You retain ownership of your forms and the submissions you collect. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf — such as storing and delivering submissions to you.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, wwwform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
